Nothing has really convinced me more of the idea that America is a moral, emotional and cultural wasteland then the second presidency of Donald Trump. America is in decline. Too many people’s lives are centered and revolve around themselves. Ans we’ve alwways been this way. We drive huge, oversized vehicles that we don’t need that are as obnoxious as they are unnecessary. Trump’s entire presidency is about self-enrichment and self-aggrandizement. It’s not a fluke that he’s in office. It’s because we, as a society, are getting to the point where the main focus of our attention is our own wants and needs. He’s simply a reflection of that.
